These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by VAST Performance LLC dba First Call Auto Care ("First Call Auto Care," "we," "us"), located at 29444 Woodward Avenue, Royal Oak, MI.

1. Program Description

When you opt in to the First Call Auto Care text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring, non-marketing customer-care text messages related to your vehicle service. These include appointment scheduling and reminders, status and service updates, repair authorization requests, and service follow-ups. This is a customer-care program; we do not send promotional or marketing messages through it.

2. How to Opt In

You may consent to receive text messages by: (a) checking the optional SMS consent box while booking an appointment on our online scheduler; (b) scanning an in-shop QR code and completing the consent form; (c) providing verbal consent in person to a service advisor; or (d) providing verbal consent by phone to a service advisor. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. After you opt in, you will receive a one-time confirmation text.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your service activity.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP(or OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL) to any message. After you send one of these, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
