Find Your Make

Every make we service, grouped so you can find yours

If yours is not listed, call anyway. The list is the makes we see often enough to have written something worth reading about.

Domestic

Detroit iron is most of what comes through the door, and after this many years of it we can usually name the fault from the noise.

Asian

The makes people keep longest. Most of what these need is maintenance done on time rather than repair done in a hurry.

European

The ones other shops send away. We hold the factory level tooling, so the work that normally means a dealer happens here instead.

What That Claim Costs

Servicing everything is an equipment problem, not a slogan

Any shop can put "all makes and models" on a sign. Actually doing it means holding factory level scan capability rather than a code reader, and subscribing to the manufacturer service information for every brand that comes through the door, then keeping both current as those manufacturers change them.

That is what lets us do the jobs people assume require a dealer: battery registration on a car that will otherwise never charge properly again, steering angle calibration after an alignment, electronic parking brake retraction, transmission adaptive relearns, module programming. Without that equipment a shop can fit the right part and still hand the car back worse than it arrived.

It also means being honest about the exceptions. If something on your vehicle genuinely belongs at a dealer, or is covered by a manufacturer campaign somebody else should be paying for, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.

Questions

Questions we get about the roster

Do you really service every make?
Yes. Domestic, Asian and European, cars, crossovers, pickups and light duty diesel, plus hybrids. The limit is not the badge, it is whether a shop holds the diagnostic equipment and the manufacturer service information for it. We do.
My make is not on this list. Can you still help?
Almost certainly. The list covers the makes we see often enough to write a page about. Call and tell us what you drive, and we will give you a straight answer rather than booking you in and finding out.
How soon can you look at it?
Usually the same day. You can walk in without an appointment and we will get to you, and booking online simply means your car goes on a lift at a known time rather than when we reach it. There is 24 hour drop off if our hours do not suit yours.
Can you do the work people assume needs a dealer?
Usually. Module programming, steering angle sensor calibration, battery registration, electronic parking brake service and transmission adaptive relearns all happen here rather than being referred out.
Do you service discontinued makes?
Yes, and we are often the shop people find after several have declined. Pontiac, Mercury, Scion, Hummer, smart and Fiat are all still on the road here, and the parts are mostly available through the surviving supply chains.
What does it cost to find out what is wrong?
The written estimate is free. Where a fault has to be traced, that diagnostic time is quoted to you up front, so there is never a number you did not agree to first.
