Who We Are
A repair shop, not a chain location
First Call Auto Care is an independent shop. There is no regional manager setting a sales target for the month and no franchise script behind the counter. The people who own the business are the people you talk to when something is not right.
Our technicians work on all makes and models, domestic and import, backed by factory training and State and ASE certifications. The range runs from an oil change on a commuter car to an engine rebuild, and from a Chevrolet pickup to a late model European sedan.
The business is registered as VAST Performance LLC, doing business as First Call Auto Care.

Equipment that is actually in the building
A modern car cannot be diagnosed with a code reader, so we do not try. The shop runs factory level scan capability, alignment equipment and manufacturer service information for the makes we take.
That is what makes an all-makes shop workable rather than a claim. Domestic, Asian and European, cars through light duty diesel, all of it in the same building on the same day.

You see the estimate first
Every visit includes a complimentary estimate detailing exactly what your vehicle needs. Nothing is started before you have seen it.
Findings are color coded, and the colors mean something
Green, amber and red. Amber means keep an eye on it, and it stays amber. Nobody here is on a quota to turn an inspection into an invoice.
The warranty is written down
Parts we supply and the workmanship to install them are warranted for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. Wear items, routine maintenance, and engine and transmission assemblies sit outside that lifetime portion, and the full exclusions are published on our warranty page rather than left for you to find out later.
Qualifying repairs travel with you
The TechNet Professional Nationwide Warranty is honored at participating facilities, subject to TechNet’s terms on the repair date.
